...therefore we know it is vitally important that we understand your needs and requirements so that we can aim to offer the most appropriate mortgage and service to you.

Our goal is to offer you the most appropriate mortgage for your individual needs and circumstances, and a very high level of service, by listening to your needs. We only do what is most appropriate for you.

For mortgages ParnabyEvans usually charge a fee of £229 and receive a commission from the lender.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may not get back the full amount you have invested.

Our Process

Initial Meeting

During our initial meeting will assess your personal circumstances and listen to your needs and requirements, before discussing possible solutions for you.

We will fully cover the different types of interest rates, repayment methods and fee structures that the different lenders offer.

As independent mortgage advisers, we could utilise any of the lenders’ products to meet your individual needs and circumstances to aim to ensure you are getting the most appropriate mortgage for your requirements. If required we can provide an agreement in principle certificate from your chosen lender.

Protection

Having assessed your mortgage needs...

…we can also offer you advice on protection to protect your mortgage and family in the event of death, serious illness, accident or sickness. We can also offer Buildings & Contents cover to protect your new home.

For Buildings & Contents insurance we offer products from a limited panel of providers.

Application

Once you are ready to proceed with your mortgage application...

we will complete all paperwork on your behalf and submit your application electronically to your chosen lender.

We will also ask you to provide all supporting documentation at this point so we can provide to your chosen lender upon request. We will also complete and submit your protection applications at this time.

Processing

Having submitted your application...

…our highly efficient staff will aim to ensure your mortgage and protection applications are processed as efficiently as possible.

We will liaise with any third party’s to save you both time and effort. Should any problems or delays occur, we will work tirelessly to resolve any issues and to aim to ensure a speedy outcome.

Offer

When your mortgage offer is issued...

…we will check the details are correct and then discuss the contents with you, to aim to ensure they accurately meet your requirements.

Completion

As exchange of contracts approaches...

…we will liaise with all parties to ensure there is nothing that may cause delay and will also aim to ensure completion occurs as smoothly as possible.

Post-Completion

We will enter you onto our internal database...

…to aim to ensure regular mortgage and protection reviews are offered to you, ensuring you continue to receive the best products available. We will also offer you investment and pension advice should it be required.
